Greetings, I am Lady Capulet, Juliet’s mother and a member of the powerful Capulet family. I am distant and aloof towards my daughter, relying instead on the Nurse for her care and upbringing. Although I have her best interests at heart, my lack of understanding and support ultimately contribute to the tragic end of the story.
